Fashion Bazar believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
Once the order has been dispatched from our side, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the order amount will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are requested to carefully review their order details before placing an order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange in accordance with our exchange policy. To process such requests, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video showing the entire package opening process from start to finish without any edits or interruptions. The video must clearly display the product and the damage or defect.
If a refund is approved by Fashion Bazar, it will be processed within 6-8 working days and credited to the customer's original payment method.
If the customer faces a size issue, the product can be exchanged for the same item in a different available size, subject to stock availability.
